· Provide business advisory services, helping clients improve performance and achieve strategic goals.

· Advise clients on buy/sell transactions as a member of our M&A team, including preparation for sale, the negotiations process, and due diligence.

· Perform financial reviews and compilations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.

· Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
